She/Her/Hers (learn more)

Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or having trouble staying focused or motivated? Are you experiencing feelings that are affecting areas in your life, such as work, school, or relationships? Let me assure you that there is nothing wrong with you. We all struggle from time to time. I am here to help.

I graduated in 2013 with a Master of Science in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in the state of Nebraska. I have been practicing for eight years and have experience working with adults, families, teenagers, and children.

I have been extensively trained in evidenced-based trauma modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I also have experience working with youth who have problematic sexual behavior.

Do not feel guilty taking the time to take care of yourself. You deserve to be happy! People need a healthy balance to be able to face daily challenges, including you.
