Hi, I’m Alice Watson, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP). I work with individuals ages 10 and older, supporting them through life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

I believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is laid back, genuine, and centered on building meaningful connections where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Therapy isn’t about having someone tell you what to do; it’s about having someone walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and work toward the life you want.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed techniques, and Interpersonal Processing, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I work with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life’s many transitions.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and our three cats. You’ll often find me playing games, exploring the outdoors, or working on DIY projects. I believe that maintaining balance, finding joy in everyday moments, and fostering meaningful connections are all important parts of overall well-being.
