He/Him/His (learn more)
I welcome with an open mind young people facing the challenges of becoming. Whether it’s difficulty with an internal experience or something out in the world, I will provide a warm, sensitive space to explore the issues that you are dealing with. My goal is to provide short term-relief and long-term solutions.
My approach is an eclectic mix of talk therapy and art therapy that is holistically person-centered. No experience with art materials or talking about feelings is necessary. I value you for being yourself and showing up however you are.
I’ve helped people of all ages cope with anger, loss, anxiety, and depression using a trauma-focused lens. I have a master’s degree in art therapy from the School of Visual Arts with an emphasis in the neurobiology of attachment.
I also bring professional experience helping families involved with child welfare and developing wellness strategies with adults living with mental illness and addiction.
Together we can navigate an insightful process and find the right balance of support and challenge so that you may create new and flexible patterns of living that give you more choices.
Email me to schedule an appointment or call (402) 915-2431.
